Özgür and Sabri convene in a determined effort to end their animosity and settle old scores. Tayfun, announcing his upcoming engagement, proposes one final gambling night as a celebratory event and extends an invitation to Özgür for this special occasion. In a twist of fate, Vural, the younger brother of Sırrı and Ekrem, both casualties in the first movie, orchestrates a raid on the same casino, posing as law enforcement with a group of men.The casino is swiftly raided by the police, but it turns out to be a sinister collaboration as they are handed over to Vural's men. The captives find themselves confined in a chalet, facing a grim fate as Vural's men ruthlessly eliminate everyone except for Özgür, Sabri, Tayfun, Kamil, and Şahin. Exploiting the situation, Vural's men coerce the remaining survivors to hold the murder weapons, attempting to frame them for the gruesome act.In the midst of the chaos, Vural strategically disperses his men in pairs and sets them free. While Özgür and Tayfun manage to evade capture with the help of the police, Fuat, the brother of Nedim who met his demise in Episode 2 and has just been released from prison, embarks on a pursuit. Fuat's accomplices closely monitor the unfolding events from a distance. Upon realizing that Özgür has slipped away from Vural's clutches, they apprehend him forcefully, stashing him in the trunk of a car as they make their escape.
